You are sent an experience form before your appointment- where you choose what to drink, if your feeling chatty (or not), if your last visit was great or if it's your first time in. We offer blankets, scalp massages and hot towel treatment with every shampoo. During services that last longer than 4+ hours lunch or a snack is on us. As far as pricing goes, our pricing is all inclusive-never a charge for extra product or a surprise at check out.
We treat guests like they are at a 5 star hotel - because your time in our chair should feel like an exhale, not an errand
